Returns Policy

Demonstration store. Checkout is currently simulated — no payment is taken and no order is shipped, so there's nothing to return yet. This policy applies once real sales are enabled.

14-day returns

We want you to love your work. If you change your mind, you may return an artwork within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, provided it's returned unused and undamaged, in its original packaging, with its certificate of authenticity.

How to start a return

Email [email protected] with your order number within the 14 days and we'll guide you through it. Please don't send a work back before contacting us, so we can arrange safe packing and courier.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return, [return shipping is paid by the buyer / Manaaki Art — confirm], and the work remains your responsibility until it reaches us, so please pack it well and use a tracked, insured courier.

Refunds

Once we receive the work and confirm its condition, we'll refund the purchase price (excluding any original or return shipping, for change-of-mind returns) within [X] working days, to your original payment method.

Faulty or not-as-described works

If a work arrives damaged, faulty, or materially different from its description, you're covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986. Contact us and we'll put it right — repair, replacement where possible, or a full refund including shipping. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
